At LIONESS FASHION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
